Take a few days away from league or atleast go play normals or aram
This could help also, I know when I was on my loss streak I just played CS:GO for a week. When I got back things did seem a bit better.
I once went on such a bad loss streak that I lost about 25 out of 30 game, I am not even kidding. It was so bad. The best advice I can give you is to try and be the best team player you can be. Pick your best lane, and be the best champ you can be for the current team comp. If you need a tank, go tank. If you need damage, go damage. I know one thing that actually gives me a better win rate then any other lane is actually by going supp. But I will go a damage support. Maybe it's just me, but it seems to work a lot of the time. I don't know if it's because other supps usually stink or if the enemy laners don't expect the damage. But my fav damage supports atm are Vel'koz and AP Bard. Other then this you just gotta wait it out, you are probably just getting very unlucky.
the part that i dont understand is my teammates just never do well like i cant carry if they feed more [zombie-brand-facepalm]
At the beginning of the season, after going 3-7 in provisionals, I lost 22 out of my first 25 games. Was EXTREMELY frustrating and honestly made the game 0 fun. Have since evened my win/loss ratio (went on a few 5 game win streaks with a loss or 2 in between).
I can tell you that, if you play enough, it will eventually even out. I got out of the gutter by strictly playing Poppy support in Bronze where they had no idea how to play against her and she was still pretty new out of support and no one knew how broken she was down there yet.
