How about let us remake if the person goes afk just in general. You're allowing trolls that feed get mad then go afk to lose us lp and waste our time. you're just giving them power. Like honestly, IDK why the fuck Riot thinks people would actually do that, and second IDK why if they think people would do that, they just make it that anyone queued with the AFK loses LP too, unless a stranger is going to AFK for no reason to save you LP.
