Is rengar op?

just wanted to know if he is a godd jungler and top laner right now. Also is he difficult to play. If so can you give me some tips on how to play him.

If you want to delete things, play him.

I'm no Rengar pro, but its pretty straight forward on the basics. You use your enhanced Q when ganking, W for jungle sustain or a burst heal, and enhanced E if you really need that root or for lots of ranged damage. Generally, you will be wanting to try and double Q someone over double E. Rengar is known for his double and sometimes triple Q if he has maximum Ferocity before his ultimate. That's what makes Rengar delete people. He is generally stronger in the Jungle, but can be played Top Lane to counterpick extremely squishy characters.

I see most people using the Empowered bola to secure kills when ganking.

Ya use bola for ganking until you get damage now I play tank rengo and I just use bola throughout the game when in stealth. Now if you are damage you should use empowered q jump with it on throw e w hydra.
