Consequence? Yeah right

I'm to the point with this game that I think I'm finally done. I've spent over $1500 on this game (I'm an idiot, give me crap, it's ok) and when I try to play and enjoy it, I get stuck with some of the most toxic people I could imagine or the most inexperienced people ever. People cuss at me and are very toxic, yet Riot doesn't bat an eye. I work hard and try hard to advance, yet Riot wants to laugh and spit in my face and give me B5. That's fair. I can also do the same in ranked. A person can't get demoted from B5 so you give them no motivation to WANT to advance or try. I can play Urgot JG, Fiddlesticks ADC, Ivern top lane, etc. I lose? Wow would you look at that, I didn't lose anything. It's easy to not care and just accept defeat. Again, i'm lowest elo already. Punishment is not advancing? Joke's on you because my "punishment" I can pass on to others that have something to lose. If Riot actually wants to punish me, put me in a higher class than B5 (I doubt it because, well, unkind words to Riot), and make me put something at stake for losing and advancing. Punish me and perma ban me? How easy is it to buy accounts or make secondary accounts? Everyone knows it happens and it's a thing. I had to vent to a website because holding in all these losses as a support are eating away at me. When I try to do good, I can do good. When my team is losing towers BEFORE 10 minutes and dying before 2 minutes? Come on now. I doubt Faker could carry most of the teams that I've been on. So here's so any consequence or action that happens to myself or gameplay. I'll take one for the "team" of us that probably feel the similar but don't want to vent like me. If things were better, I could see myself spending/gifting so much more and helping profit from my playing. I'm just a bronzy, who cares what I think or say though, right?
