My team will not report for lack of communication? See, I'm not actually chat restricted. Recently, I've just run into a rough patch of people. Maybe it's just my bad luck, but it has constantly been happening for several games now; team talking bad to each other, or enemy typing sh!t trying to make us tilt. I can mute the enemies, but I've heard of how reporting for team communication is a thing...
Nearly always, nothing useful goes in chat. We can see dragon timer. Pings show where enemies are. Flags and "coming" signals are more effective than typing "I'M COMING TOPPPPPPP".
