i won a game but i didn't get a key fragment

You have a chance to get a key if you win.

A higher chance if you are in a Party with friends too.

Well First you need to get high rank game "S" or so and there is a timer on chests you can see in your profile. Wierd thing is I just got S- and nothing no key fragments nor chests. that is what i know up to this moment.

only in some games. it's random.

well this is my second won game now, and still no key. of course, i didn't get anything among my 5 losses either. i think there is something wrong.

I only played solo a handful of games, some wins and some losses, nothing. My last game, got an S- rating and a chest. I go out of the Victory screen and not only was there a chest, but also a key fragment.

I Played up to 5 games , all wins and NO keys i dont get it -_-
