Jungle Fizz

Yes, it is weaker than lane fizz but you don't have to worry about getting counter picked.

It can work but your early clear time is pretty terrible.

I used to run devourer fizz in the jungle and I actually wrecked pretty hard with it.

I don't see why not. The PBE nerfs will hit it slightly. Just make sure you get a good leash and you should be good to go.
