Is there a legitimate way to get a bronze account?(Outside of generally being bronze)

I'm a solid gold player, but I've wondered if I'd be able to get out of Bronze if I ever had an account in it, but even when making a 2nd account, it still gets placed low gold/high silver on first attempt at rank.

Obviously I don't want to intentionally lose games for players or and buying an account is verboten, so is there any legitimate way to get to that elo? Or when Streamers do it, are they secretly breaking rules to do it?

Pretty dumb question. Smurfing in itself is extremely unhealthy for the game (it's what causes "elo hell" experiences in the first place) and even something as low as gold rank can easily upset the balance by playing in Bronze.

Keep in mind you'll be severely sabotaging the games of anyone you get matched with, even if you buy an account already placed there. To get placed there deliberately you pretty much have to play worse than a beginner bot many matches in a row, which bears the risk of getting banned for feeding if you ever played better before playing ranked - aka when leveling up.

The difficulty of getting bronze accounts when not actually at a bronze level kinda speak to how easy it is to carry bronze when gold+. A lot of streamer things are unranked->diamond/master/challenger rather than bronze->X for related reasons. Theres probably some who discreetly throw placements to start bronze but thats not cool.

The most legitimate way (and potentially more fun/insightful) to place lower than you might be capable of is to play a different role than you main, in the 'hope' you legitimately are a bronze level jungler (or whatever), so having an adc main acc, a jg main acc, etc. can result in you having several legitimate ranks without intentionally losing games or breaking any rules.

Overall macro knowledge and a lot of transferable mechanics might still result in at least a kinda similar rank between them, but the system does work better than people give it credit for, so if you're legit gold+ skill, you're going to have a hard time ending up in bronze.

It is incredibly difficult to get into lower elos, that is why the price on accounts has a reverse bell curve. Diamond+ accounts and Bronze 5 accounts both cost hundreds of dollars because they are fairly difficult to achieve.

Streamers typically buy the accounts or have someone personally demote it. Punishments don't extend past the account in question so they don't really care if it gets banned a few weeks later.

By getting into the bronze mindset. True Bronzes don't know what items are and don't buy them. They don't know what gold are for, and killing minions and champ alike are just for fun. They don't know what lanning is and just go to a random lane to random push when they gets killed. They don't know what recalling is. They don't know runes exist, and don't know how to use them. They don't know that the chat system exist. They don't understand pings, and don't use them. They don't know the point of killing dragons or baron. They don't understand the difference between 1v5 and 5v1. They don't understand roles and will pick any random champs to play. They don't understand how to use abilities and will just spam auto attacks on everything and anything...ect.

You literally have to FOCUS. Go to the bathroom, look at the mirror... fighter look in your eyes... say it as you think it with 100% force of will...

"I... (*punch your chest)... AM... (*punch your chest)... BRONZE!"

"YOU HEAR THAT?! ... I'M BRONZE!... I'M FUCKING BRONZE!"

Then go to your comp and start playing on a fresh account. SUPPRESS your Gold instincts man... On EVERY SINGLE PLAY or move you have to think and say to yourself... "what would a fucking Bronze player do?" And then do it.

Chase everything. Always trade (good or bad), always run straight at enemies, fire off random Ults (its not wasted, its done to psychologically scare the enemy). Even TALK like a Bronze. Use internet slang and stuff...

You'll get there eventually. Remember...
