Need Advice: My Frustrating Ranked Promos

I've been climbing at a fairly good winrate in ranked recently but when it comes to promos.. Its a whole different story.

I've been in 2 Silver 4 promos to get into Silver 3 but in these 2 promos, I've had my botlane and toplane give first kills and then type in chat "gg" or "Im sittting in base until this game is over". I'm generally a positive midlaner so I encourage my team and tell them its not over and I can carry but they proceed to do the opposite instead.

Worst part is that instead of focusing on the game, they continue to flame each other.

I don't even want to play ranked or even try to climb anymore due to these games. Please feel free to give any advice on what I should try and do better.

You really need to play a champ that can carry if you really want out of silver, if you want out of gold and plat you are going to have to work on your macro in the long haul.

For the time being though we will focus solely on taking advantage of low skilled oponents and high carry potential champs.

2nd practice this champ. In normals for a good amount of games. Practice your Csing and obtain knowledge on your new champ from (insert champion here) streamers.

3rd go carry games and get yourself out of silver.

Yea, in lower elos it is much better to play a champion you can basically 1v5 with rather than what is good for the team. About 40% of players can do this to get gold 5, 15% can do this to get platinum, and about 2% can do this to get diamond.
