Balance to the Unbalanced

Hello, had an idea. I was thinking with so many changes from jung, to minions, items, and champs, I believe turrets deserve a definite buff, with their current state banner minions (before banner removed) are more sturdy than them also getting 2 or 3 man dove at 8mins because tower doesnt prioritize right or does very little damage really takes away the importance of laning phase. a buff to hp, defense, and attack speed on champions would be a good direction.
