21-0-9 dead?
pots aren't anything imo anymore. I'll go 21-6-3 (ms) for tf doe.

lol over reaction x10.... the main reason people run 21/0/9 is for the duration increase on buffs and the summoner spell cds... the increased pot duration makes it viable early... if anything that 75+ mana will be more than the mastery will regen early game... and later on you should have a blue buff + mana regen items so what you say doesnt make sense.
