Oh I remember the days of ol' the days of the 50 seconds of stealth on your q, permanent invisibility with a huge as boost the longer you stay within it. How your w wasn't a skillshot, rather slow based on the amount of stacks you had of deadly venom, with six being like a nasus slow. Spray and Pray was so much better as well, not foolishly doing less damage due to the bolts hitting minions. You would stay in the back, with a phantom dancer, not a care in the world if your ult was slightly "slower". How far the mighty have fallen.

Maybe because he doesn't really need buffs? He's just not good in the current meta since the second he comes out of stealth, he dies because he gets instantly dove on.

He is still amazing if your team can peel, and has some of the best jungle team fighting game of any AD carry.

no, god no. twitch just doesn't really fit into the meta right now at all when the meta shifts he will be good but straight up buffing him will do nothing but cause problems
