Quality of life Update on Kayle!

ok so I've been playing a lot of adc (apc) bot lane Kayle and i think its pretty good (got a penta!) , especially when your team already has high ad damage output, allowing you to go more AP. but one thing which is the biggest factor in adc (apc) kayle is her RANGE stops hahaha and its sometimes embarrassing but i usually build CDR ( ) so that i can auto all the time. so the issue i want to bring up is i think it would improve quality of life and make for an interesting change: is to maybe make her E a toggle once you hit the amount of CDR that is required to have it active all the time. mostly so that you don't have to spam my E button like crazy when your farming and team fighting and stuff.
