"What do I do if everyone, including me, on my team is losing?"

Uhh, lose?

Maybe learn from the loss, so you know better than to make whatever mistakes caused your share of the loss?

If you're ahead and fed go help them and share your lead.

And if I'm losing my lane aswell?

If you literally all lost and nobody is doing good what so ever then just scale up to late game if you have the right champs. Or you could also try and split if you got the right champion. But if you don't or if they are all insanely fed then honestly I guess just lose.

And if I'm losing my lane aswell?

Then put your hands between your knees,

and kiss your butt goodbye.

well depends on a lot of things... you could farm and split push if your champ is good @ that. You could do the best you could to help a lane that is capable of coming back (aka assassins - generally) or just relax for the next few mins and FF at 20.

Try to play it safe, maybe your team could catch someone or get them in a bad fight. People tend to get a little cocky when they are winning and may end up throwing.

You should group early and gang up on the enemy and create uneven fights in your favor or you could group to force objectives to try and climb back into the game. It really does depend a lot on your champions and the enemies as well as how bad you all lost lane. If it's 20-4 by twenty minutes there probably is no comeback. The only chance of a comeback is for them to make mistakes 40+ minutes in but it would be hard to even get to that point let alone capitalizing on any mistakes they do make.
