Your CS and Warding were pretty low for the duration of the game. Ranks are calculated by comparing your performance to the other players of your champion, which means you need to CS and Ward more to rank higher.
You can't possibly expect to get an S on a carry with only 2 wards and 166 cs in a 32 minute long game. My advice would be farm a lot more (in a 32 minute game you should be well over 200) and place more wards (get a control whenever you back without a control ward already active. Try to make sure your trinket is always recharging (within reason).
Additionally, in my experience it's a lot easier to get S when you close out the game early. Go for quick wins whenever possible. If you have a decent game that ends at 20 minutes, it's a lot easier to get the S than if the game drags on for another 15 minutes.
A couple things here. First, please oh please use your trinket. And don't just use it, use it somewhere the enemy is actually gonna run over it (river bushes and the bush by raptors gets so much action)
Also, ratings are determined based on your performance on that champ compared to other people in your elo playing that champ in that role
What this means is that getting a great KDA on someone like Quinn or yi is pointless, because just about anyone can get a great KDA on them currently. But that same score line on a soraka? Absolute S+.
I've found getting high rankings to be alot easier with off meta champs or in off meta roles (like a nasus jungle, or a bot lane teemo)
