Free Rotation Not Changing

Well, I logged on today to play some league, and as my game client loaded I checked the webpage for the free champion rotation. As expected, there was a new free rotation. However, when I clicked on the "free rotation" button on Home, the old rotation was still there. I got into a game and the bug persisted. It was showing me the same rotation as last week. Before this, I had no problem with my free rotation not "rotating". I've included a screenshot of my game (mostly to prove that I am not under level 11).

I just wanted to play some taliyah....
