Time Spent Dead Reduction

With Revive now gone, the only way to reduce the time you spend dead are the Revival quints, which are very situational and i doubt many player use them. So what about creating an item à la QSS with a passive that reduces the time spent dead? It could be upgraded into an item that gives a nice amount of AD, AP or defensive stats and it could be bought that times when your team is behind, or when the enemy team has some sort of hard engage, so defending your base in late game becomes easier. What do you think about it? I think it could be a good idea to improve comebacks, punish overstays and having more fun in losing games: spending half of your time in late game waiting for a death timer isn't fun at all...

Or don't die...

I know that sounds dismissive, but the death timers are like they are for a reason. Late game, if my team gets an ace, we shouldn't have to worry about enemies jumping out at us in a matter of seconds. Reducing death times in late game will just drag games on for too long.

The main problem is either the time reduced is to short (I get up 10 seconds before my team does, but death timers are 60+(which is also has the problem that you can't do anything as one person vs a team, meaning you'd still have to wait for your team to respawn)), or to long (I get up 50 seconds earlier! Try and push NOW!). It also runs into the problem that almost every time the better option is to simply not die (I could reduce my death timer...or I could get an actual offensive/defensive item and win the fight).

Generally, you don't want an item or spell that requires dying to be effective.
