Cant get out of bronze.

so i played 6 ranked games over the past few days. first game i went top and we lost. they got kind of fed and got baron at 30 min and we lost. then next game are bot lane decides to cry to are jungler about how they are not getting ganks. the jungle basically just says have fun with a 4v5 i am going to go farm. so ya we lost. next game same think only this time the ADC didn't like the support. so they cryed at each other for a while and then the ADC decides to feed and goes 0/10. like at this point it seems not who can i beat the enemy team with its omg is this team going to cry about something just like last game.

also the some of the champs that are getting buff seems like they didn't need it. like i remember when they nerfed Riven because she snowballed so easy now the same thing is happening again. seems like the new assassin is really op seems like riot doesn't know how to balance a new item or champ. like every new champ seems to be op. i would rather it needs to be buffed then omg they released another op champ i need to ban him every game so he cant 3 shot someone. anyway riot really needs to fix a few things. i would also like to know what happen to ranked teams seeing as we can queue up for ranked with 5 ppl.
