I say just put us all in bronze 5 unless you're gold 1 or >. I mean, we pretty much end up there anyway. And it's not too bad a climb out. You get a whole year. :D Some of the bronze games are either so awesome they leave you speechless, or so terrible you can't help but laugh. But yeah, I was silver last season, and I have no doubt I'm going to place Bronze 5.

I see this comment is 3 years old, and riot still doing the exact same crap. This is the exact reason I stopped playing ranked at all. Started my placements for the year, have 4 wins 2 losses and i'm currently stuck in iron 1 like wtf! Granted I finished the year silver 4, only played like 20 ranked games all year, but it dropped me into iron 4 as a staring point. Really don't even want to finish playing placements because of this stupidity.
