Ban Allies Champs?

I don't even know why its allowed in the game, ill be hovering say neeko and my soraka top that got auto filled will ban her so that i dodge. Or someone will ban her because they don't want the enemy to pick her before i do. Or maybe someone just doesn't like neeko players. Its jsut dumb that you can ban them and it should be removed.

It's not forbidden, it just usually makes you an asshole. Sure there are reasons to do it, but just don't.
