I don't even know why its allowed in the game, ill be hovering say neeko and my soraka top that got auto filled will ban her so that i dodge. Or someone will ban her because they don't want the enemy to pick her before i do. Or maybe someone just doesn't like neeko players. Its jsut dumb that you can ban them and it should be removed.

You are a colossal idiot. If you are hovering a champ what possible reason could there be for your team mates to ban them, even by accident. Hovering over a champ should outright stop that champ from being banned by your team.
and what if you hover yasuo and i perma ban yasuo and you switch your hover to zed at the last second of ban phase? and you had no intention of hovering

there is already a pop-up message that the champion is hovered and requires you to double confirm the ban get over yourselves if someone bans your hover it's deliberate deal with this kind of information how ever you like
