More likely, he has a zero percent play rate because he's disabled, but the system still has a few games with him in its history, and he won 34% of those.

0.00% just means he's been played in less than 1/10,000 games, not that there are no games on record.

He's disabled so that's why his pick rate is 0. Pick rate does not = winrate.
