Lee Sin used the Warrior enchantment,Chilling Smite AND DFG. He needs to be compensated HARD.

the problem with lee sin is that he has a godlike early game but he complety disapears late game (outside of the ocasional kick in the a$$), wich means he needs a power shift

passive:

40% early game is too much. in my opinion it should scale with levels.

20% lv1, 40% lvl6, lasts 3 attacks at lvl11 and lasts 4 attacks at lvl16

Q: lee-sin depends on his Q to perform successfull ganks. But instead of being the spam-to-win that it is right now, it should give players a better way to counterplay

speed reduced to 1800, range reduced to 1000/900

W: lee sin's most problematic skill. Not because of the shield or the ward-hopping, but because of the uber sustain and range. the way it is now, lee can outrange most champions with both Q and W.

range reduced to 1800 spellvamp removed (spellvamp works with smite, wich is unfair to other junglers)

another "issue" is that if lee uses his W in himself, it's CD gets lowered to 6s. On itsef it's not very problematic, but with 40%cdr, iron will' cd gets reduced to 3,6s, which means perma sustain lee-sin

increase cd on W to 8/9s if lee uses it on himself

E and R are fine.

the point of these changes (numbres need to be tweaked) i to make lee-sin stuggle more in his early jungling/ganking but making more of a threat late game

Riot: After countless posts on the boards we've decided that the community is right about how Lee Sin's damage is a bit high. So we've decided to change his R's scaleing from 200% to 500% because we feel we may have hit him a bit too hard with the last set of nerfs.
