Team builder optimizer

I thought of an idea to create optimizer that would tell you which champion would be the best pick against the whole enemy team and also to get along with the allied team. Not just counter one champion or combo with some champion, but to tell you the best pick for that game. That would be really awesome, and also would help players to learn from this and to memorize which picks would be best for the situation. I think that it would help players get the feeling of the game and perform better. I saw this http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1985835 and thought "Why not? It's a great idea.", so if someone could do it contact him and i would be really grateful to you. I can bet i'm not the only one who'll be grateful. ^_^
