Graves' W and IP reward after a match

Sometimes when you cast Graves' W it doesn't happen and you get the cooldown. My friend (zerokiler100) saw that and didn't report it, so i reported it instead of him. And another bug that he didn't report is that after some matches he didn't get IP reward.
