My greatest game ever as Teemo (Advise me please) (Poll inside)

I have been playing teemo a lot since Masteries went live. I feel like I have hit on a really good build (I would have finished with Void Staff, Lichbane and Rabadons Deathcap). I have tried many hybrid builds and attack speed builds. While this build is really squishy I feel it offers teemo something late game. With all the scaling my mushrooms do almost 800 plus 12% health and my AA Q AA does over 2k.

Give me your advice is this a good build? Also I admit I am bragging this was my best game ever in my life. Yes its normals but you got to get good before you go to the big show =). I feel like I earned that S grade on that game and maybe even higher lol.

One thing I feel I have learned about Teemo he has to be played on the razors edge. Big risk can give big rewards. I look forward to your thoughts and advice =)

PS forgot to mention about the game. First I was VS gnar and got first blood. Then he swapped with Katrina who I killed a bunch lol.
