Vi + BORK + BC = Tank Destroyer?

Basically we are in the middle of a super tank meta, and it's not uncommon for a tank to last a good 10-15 seconds 1v5ing a team. I think Vi, with her W armor shred and % health, along with the IAS, sticking power, and health shred of BORK, along with the armor shred and sticking power of the new Black Cleaver would make her epic at wrecking 5k+ health tanks who also have a few hundred armor.

She would basically be an ADC body guard, because no ADC can handle a late game Gragas, Sejuani, Sion, or Shyvana up in their face except maybe Vayne, and since the armor shred would benefit the ADC's damage, the tank would probably die quick enough for Vi and the ADC to get back into the fight along with the support/mid/jungler (Top lane cause BC/Bork is expensive, and she'll need the solo lane for money). Her Q, BORK active, and even Ultimate, would provide peel and allow an ADC to focus on the tank with minimal kiting. If she's doing epic in top lane you could add a Frozen Mallet for even more peel.

The full build would be or along with or to give more Armor/MR and more sticking power with Furor. Replace the with if she needs more damage to carry or more sticking power/peel for highly mobile people.

If she doesn't need to body guard the ADC in fights because the enemy doesn't dive the back line, with Frozen Mallet, BORK, and BC, she could easily dive the back line herself and assassinate the ADC or APC as needed.

Overall it's an Expensive build, but basically everything except BORK adds to her survivability from her shield passive which means she stands a pretty decent chance of getting out alive after diving a back line, or becoming the front line if her team needs her to be.

Anyone tried anything like this? Or is it just a bad idea? I think Vi has the trifecta that makes a good top laner, CC, wave clear, and tankiness, but is kind of stuck as a jungler because of her lockdown potential and easy clears. I think she would be amazing if she had the gold of a solo lane behind her.
