So i was just in a chase, their cait was running away pretty low on hp(clearly low enough for 3 foxfires to kill her), there were no minions, but kayle comes running out of a bush as i use it, and instead of killing cait, they all go towards her.
Can we please find a way to fix this?

Fix it how? Foxfire automatically targets the nearest enemy unit to the flame. Kayle saved Caitlyn by being closer. That's counterplay. Sometimes you don't get the kill.
it'd be nice if you could target her W with another ability since shes losing the % extra dmg on her E maybe let her W target champions who are charmed?
it would be nice if it automatically went for charmed targets, but outside of that i think it's fine.
Be glad it does prioritize champions, Riot really dislikes abilities that are not even point and click (just look at Sona).
That said, it should prioritize charmed targets (as others have mentioned) and her R should too.
If you change her W to be able to choose who it goes to, they would literally have to rework all of Sona's skills to be able to choose who she hit and healed and shielded. Also would have to fix Kennen's ult to be able to choose who it hit rather than hitting a random enemy in the circle each time. They would literally have to fix all of the skills like that to make it fair, but that would also make it boring.
