I can understand not wanting negatron in the Banshee's recipe

That way people don't just sit on negatron kinda like the thorn vest thingy pre nerf

It'd be neat if they simply added a second null mantle to the recipe of Banshee's Veil tho, no one is gonna sacrifice two slots for small stats like that while building other items.
