Does anybody find basic movement and general movement speed on Butcher Bridge slower than normal?

Ok so i went through the update today and started playing ARAM on Butcher's Bridge. Immediately i noticed it seemed very clunky and slower than normal. I can't quite put my finger on it but I feel like movement speed is the issue. It just seems different. Am i going crazy or has anybody else noticed this too?

Also slightly off topic but not loving the new HUD. Does anyone know if there is a way or are plans to include the ability to switch back? the old HUD was so much clearer than this.
