How to play with Free Camera?

So I'm silver 4, pretty bad elo, but I've been trying to get better by playing Jhin bot. I know my W range is massive, but I just limit myself to what I can see with camera lock. Problem is when I go free camera, I usually lose track of my champion or walk into a place i don't wanna walk. How do you play normally with a free roam camera and land some good W's. And also what camera speed should I go using free camera?

If you have problems finding where your champion is just press Space once and the camera will jump to your champion. About the other stuff that's probably more a habit thing, just practice using free camera every game (and don't go back to locked or you won't lose the habit) and with time you can use it normally.

It takes practice it took me about a month to get used to it and it got me out of bronze/silver to plat. I run 60 it's not too fast nor too slow.
