Compensation for Fiddlesticks?

I know Fiddle was never a popular contested pick in ranked/pro LCS but the new jungle changes (Runeglaive in particular) have made it relatively unviable (if that is a word) to jungle with him.

Magus Enchantment was fantastic for AP junglers; its base stats were great. I still disagree with Runeglaive as a Jungle item - it became a lane item pre aoe nerf and now is actually not even seen that much; Kayle takes sated, Fizz builds whatever he wants because he can troll pole no matter what, Elise doesn't synergize with Runeglaive at all. Diana seems the best fit but most Diana's go mid lane anyways.

Regardless, Fiddle needs compensation in the jungle because he is just not viable. While some fiddle sticks might rush Zhonyas, the jungle item becomes a wasted slot item.

Maybe RIOT should replace or offer an alternative ap jungler option with a moderate flat ap, flat mpen, and cdr item. Because while Fiddle was never very popular to begin with now he just won't be picked at all.
