Both of these posts tackle two issues which have been present for quite some time now.

The first post was released 6 months ago and was commented on by TAMAT who praised the OP for the constructive and concise feedback, stating "I don't represent the opinions of the team that this feedback is for. I know they're reading it though." Furthermore, TAMAT wrote "The quality of the post, in addition to others agreement of the feedback caused many Boards users to vote, and that has subsequently put it in the most visible place of the Boards for over a day. This is a testament, and should be used as an example for anyone wanting to get more visibility on their content. Thanks for the post, I hope the development team jumps in here at some point to give you their 2 cents."

Since that post no one at RIOT has commented even once to address these issues. The original comment has garnered over 1100 upvotes since then.

The second post was released 9 months ago. Riot has never commented on it since then. The original comment has garnered over 800 upvotes since then.

If one was to click BOARDS Home and select the BEST category, one can find both of these posts in the top seven ones.

RIOT, both of these posts are attacking significant issues in polite yet assertive posts, including one which was unrefutably approved by TAMAT - an official member of your company - to be used as an example for other posts to gain visibility.

And yet neither posts merits an official response from RIOT to actually address these issues?
Of course, doing so would acknowledge the truth of their existence.

Even if you deny the presence of these problems, RIOT, you choose to ignore these significant LOL BOARD Posts instead of facilitating the direct communication you so strongly advocate for.

Honestly, given how long these posts have been up for and how much popularity they have attained, it seems like RIOT is behaving childish and giving the silent treatment instead of engaging in the continuous discussion they declare to be the best interaction between RIOT and the LOL community.
