I am playing 
AP/tank, but all of others players in league are just saying: wtf man..Warwick AP?? Warwick is ad dumb ass..OGM.
Soo I am hesitating because I really think that Warwick is clearly better in AP. Every one is against me... Is there at least one guy who is more AP??

AP WW sucks, the only ability he gains any AP scaling from is his Q so if you really want to, you can get
for some insane heals if that is what you'd like.
Have you checked Warwick's scaling on his abilities?
Why do you think Warwick is better AP? I understand he does magic damage with his abilities but his abilities scale much better off of AD, especially since he relies so much on his auto attacks for damage. People tend to build him tank because his sustain and damage reduction make tank builds very efficient on him. If you build him glass cannon it is very easy to kill him before he can deal significant damage.
Nah AP tank warwick is great
AP warwick is pretty crap tbh, but I do think Gunblade is a solid item on Warwick. Also starting a doran ring or 2 top lane is really great for sustain and added damage. The AP ratio on Q can definitely be taken advantage of for sure.
I'd just like to say that it depends on what type of plays you want, if you are EXTREMELY good at landing the ultimate then go AP and
then go AD. You are basically using a 
tactic of leaping and bursting damage since your ult is the stun and your Q is your burst.
