If top lane wasn't already a dumpster fire. WTF is this??? Why is gnar receiving buffs. He is super op right now with pretty much no counterplay if you are a melee champion. I see he got a boomrang CD nerf BUT that won't change the fact he can kite me for ever and laning against him is absolute hell. Someone make sense of this please.
Divers are good against Gnar. The max hp damamge doesn't mean as much, they have good damage, and a good engage will let them really hurt the little guy. Don't just let him poke you.
also keep in mind that frozen mallet had its slow put in half for ranged champs, and the change to gnars q cooldown boost from r is lower than the base CD reduction he gets from catching the boomerang before 6, so he probably has another nerf there that is not shown
Frozen Mallet slow for ranged champions has been nerfed to 15% from 30%. It is not listed on surrenderat20 yet. it now will be useless on him.
R buff is kinda big but honestly useless. Gnars dont build much damage & they are good reasons for that. he will get shit on far to easy as he doesnt have anywhere near the attack range a adc does much less teemo has.
