Make Champ Select Screen Interesting

I'm not sure what the new LoL client is capable of, and I'm well aware that champ select/ drafting was renovated sometime earlier; however, I would still like a fresh update to what we as players look at while picking champions. I think other games like DOTA show the in game character models which would be way better to preview skins than just the splash art. The center piece of the screen should be the champions and not the map, too, but they are shoved off to the side for a giant picture of Summoner's Rift we all have memorized.
