Bots rampant in 3v3's?

So I decided to play a few 3v3's lately and every one of them save for one had a obvious botter in it.

They walk down lane and die every 10 seconds, they never retreat back to tower, they do not communicate in any way, and it ruins any fun of the game. I report them but the worst part is the enemy team always refuses to report because they dont care they are getting a free win its aggravating.

Edit: Just played another 3v3 and 4 of the 6 players were bots lmao
