Soraka- Thoughts after a few weeks.

Ill try and keep this short and sweet. Over all I like the new reworked Soraka. I think you may have given her a little too much counter play though. Its quite frustrating because she is so close to awesome. With the delay on Q, hitting a slow is very rare. Not ideal but not my biggest worry. I can still slow if they are right on top of me. Silence on E is good, however, I hope not much power is budgeted into the second half because 1.5 seconds is a realllllly long time to get out. Even if an opponent is slowed they can easily get out in time. I understand the concept of layering cc but by the time it would root they have either escaped or are dead. My largest person gripe is with W. In so many games I feel useless because the range is so short. I don't mind putting myself at risk to heal but often I just can't get in range even if I want to. I feel this the most on chases, when I miss out on assists because I am slightly behind and there is no way to be involved.
