Then we can report every other player that plays cancer champions. They get banned and everyone will stop playing them. Then we can ban 6 other champions.

He got banned for trolling the position not for being singed support. When you pick a role, we expect you to fulfill that role or at least try. He picked singed support and didn't support.

Yup, until they give us an official word, if your 4 team mates don't want you to play that way, then its reportable and bannable.
