Ranked matches are hell

Sure I'll win matches sometimes, but most of the time I get complete idiots on my team who throw games and fights even though we clearly have the advantage. And It's not to say some of these throws or mis-communications aren't my fault, I admit I have my fair share of flaws as a player. But when your team hinders your chance of winning matches and enjoying the game so much, it's hard to find a motivation to continue playing ranked. I'll stick to normals for now, and I can't wait until season 5 when my division will be removed from my profile. It's just sitting there haunting me with horrible memories of past matches. Any opinions of the current matchmaking system?
