Rumble Nerfs
Why would they nerf rumble when MR items are already getting buffs? seems kind of unfair /:

because entire fights are being decided by if rumble's equalizer was spot-on or not and it's on a lower cooldown than other fight-deciding ultimates
but rumble has always been like that...
