Garens passive is broken GOD DAMN
I was just watching a stream where a garen had a warmogs and after a teamfight when his passive activated; after about 10-15 seconds garen regend 2500+ health with just his passive and warmogs

Only happens out of combat, and in teamfights, getting out for 15s mean you lost it already
Garen is actually broken right now, but his passive isn't why he is broken...
