anyone know why aram chanegs in 6.12? just curious ^.^

Presumably Riot saw all the requests for ARAM updates and decided to try some experimental changes. The changes probably wouldn't be too bad if Riot was committed to following up on them with regular ARAM updates. However, Riot's track record heavily suggests they'll throw out the changes, maybe adjust them for one patch, and then promptly forget ARAM exists again for a year.
