Machine Gun Caitlyn is gone and makes yet another adc lame to play

I haven't seen a change this bad since they gutted Kalista last year. One of the interesting community found mechanics like the Insec or the Gragas E>Flash combo. One that Riot didn't intend to be in the game but found out because of the community. Unlike either of those it was much harder and more rare making it that more satisfying to pull off. No one was complaining about it, yet they removed it without warning. Could this please be Hot fixed back to normal?

I mean if you want Caitlyn to have her auto damage basically halved and balanced around every caitlyn player doing this with 100% consistency, then it works, otherwise autoing 5 times when you have the (gold) attack speed to auto twice is pretty imbalanced She is already meta and remains meta even without the mechanic
