Nunu & Willump Visual Bug (That Happens Every Game!)

My Friend BrainlessJungler is a Nunu Main. We have seen a visual bug every game since the rework that never got fixed. no matter what happens when Nunu Presses R it will always show as up. I will yell at him in discord to use his Ultimate only for him to scream back he doesn't have it and sure enough its on cooldown. what i mean is the little orb, The green one that shows when your allies ultimate is up. is always full. always. never not full leaving me and the whole team thinking nunu has ult. Just wanted to say this has been going on for like 5 months and no fix yet. IM WAITING RITO.
