Patch 6.7 fps problem current date 4/7/2016

Every time am on the base my fps drops from 75fps am using vsync to 30 something and every time the victory or defeat comes up on the screen the same again

i don't know if its just me or if it a patch problem

i just wanted to write this to let the community be aware of the problem
