(Another) Solution to Dynamic Que

I've been lurking on forums for months now following the outcry against Dynamic Que, (I'm pretty firmly cemented in that camp) and I think I came up with something that might actually address the problem without getting rid of Dynamic. Just split out LP/MMR gains and losses from the outcome of the game. For me, at least, a huge part of my issue with Dynamic is losing LP after doing very well in lane/team fights, but still lose due to either premades of feeders on my team, or a coordinated effort from the premade on the other team.

This is something that people complained about back when solo que was around, and it wasn't entirely possible at the time. Now that we have champion mastery, however, this could be done. Make it so that if you get anywhere from an A to an S+, lose the game anyway, qued by yourself AND had to play with ANY premade of 2 or greater on either team, your LP/MMR is adjusted based on your individual score, not on win/loss. For example, say I went mid and absolutely dominated my lane, but end up losing anyway due to having a premade of feeders bot lane who were boosted and managed to go 0/20 in lane by the 30 minute mark without getting ganked. If the winning team would get +20 LP for that win, give me +10 for managing to play very well despite having feeders on my team instead of letting me get drug down with them.

I suspect this would make a majority of solo players very happy with Dynamic Que.
