Here's what I'd like for ARAM :

Removal of runes : Presence of mind, Triumph, Dark Harvest Removal of champions : Sona Soraka Garen Removal (or rework) of items : item 3070 item 3083

Towers and minions having more HP (so fun having a Janna one-shot each wave with a fully loaded Q) summoner 39 not dealing damage anymore and having a higher CD Life-steal being cut by half Abilities "taking control of bushes" having a reduced AoE ( Maokai Shaco Zyra )

Aram needs to have all champs unlocked. with this 3 free rotation weeks is actually really bad. there have been some weeks I just dont want to play aram. I actually went back to ranked.... the games are becoming very stale and not very random which defeats the whole all "random" aspect of the mode. I dont know why all champs are not unlocked. I have all the champs unlocked and I still get mostly the free rotation champs.
