Ping popping up?

It's been 1 week since I started seeing this phenomenon. My normal ping is around 30ms, which is fine. But like per 1 minute, the ping pops up to max 220ms for 1 sec. I tested my internet yesterday and it was fine. Rather, it had 5ms for just normal internet (like a website). I think my internet and hardware don't have any problem with the internet. I used https://deepfocus.io/lol_ping.php to check my ping in league (NA). My internet speed is Download: 229 Upload: 189, latency: 5~8ms. ping -t youtube.com, I get constant 22ms. I checked the network adaptor driver, and it was the latest one. I don't use proxy and vpn Any solutions?
