Rengar is broken

Erasing champions from the game instantly from stealth with ridiculous gap closing and speed seems like a really overpowered and completely broken set of abilities. I think that Rengar needs a global cooldown put on all his abilities so that he has to space all of his abilities out. Being able to cast them all instantly and then recast them is just absurd and it needs to change.
