ARURF [PETITION]: Make the Re-Roll system into free pick:

Honestly I'm sure most players of the past URF mode don't like this one very much, but I think it would be a cool idea that instead of Re-Rolling, use it as a way to pick the champion you want but it would take a little more experience to earn them, and give us our bans back
